Star Wheel , by Paul Cesewski, is a rolling Bicycle Ferris Wheel. Three people climb into chairs with bicycle pedals at their feet. Pedaling turns the ferris wheel which turns inside a larger wheel. The whole sculpture moves across the playa. [source]
